Service Description

A fantastic holistic approach to releasing pain, trauma & negativity from both the mind & body. Most sessions will be tailored to your individual needs & do not follow a strict structure. We'll begin by discussing which area/s you would like to focus on, mapping out the emotions or memories you would like to target. Using EFT, we work to release any tensions/anxieties you have before beginning the Matrix Reimprinting portion of the session. This includes isolating specific memories or exploring physical pain in the body to get to the root of the problem. Once identified we work to reframe the memory, enabling you to create long lasting emotional shifts. As the session comes to a close we discuss techniques you can implement to further imprint the healing process.
