WHERE WOULD COACHING SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
We have a few different options, we often recommend for first timers to have face-to-face consults & following that online sessions, should you wish.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require a minimum of 24hrs cancellation notice for services booked online or in person, feel free to send us an email or give us a call to rearrange.
HOW DO COACHING SESSIONS WORK?
All of our sessions are tailored to your needs & our free discovery call allows us to plan for your session & if needed additional tools to take home with you.
WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
A degree in Psychology, certified as both a Personal Performance & Business Coach & as a EFT/Matrix-Reimprinting Practitioner.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Timings can vary greatly & is largely dependent upon your goals, everyone's journey is different, some can shift quicker while others take a little longer.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We only offer exchanges on goods bought (excluding custom orders) however a receipt should always be presented, please see return policy for more info.
